However, the old website did not clearly communicate this unique value proposition, and the trust signals were weak, hence posing a challenge for a product that must inspire confidence. It became crucial to redesign the experience to clearly communicate value and trust for every user.

PROCESS & STRATEGY

Where We Started

We started with a comprehensive audit of the existing website, documented every page, and its purpose. Maintaining SEO performance is a critical business requirement, hence, to ensure the revamp would strengthen the platform’s visibility, we mapped each page against its current ranking and search value. This allowed us to prioritize content, determine which pages should be redirected, retain their links, and identify those that needed new URLs without risking traffic loss.

With the structure clarified, I shifted focus to understanding the complexities of the industries the platform serves, especially the high-risk segments. Through stakeholder conversations and research, I explored how each industry interprets payment-gateway solutions and what information they consider essential for trust and adoption. This informed our messaging, hierarchy, and feature framing.

Using these insights, I designed a comprehensive website experience that simplifies complex information and guides users through the platform’s unique value. The updated structure and interface ensure that every audience segment can easily find the information they need, understand how the solution supports their business, and trust the platform enough to get started.
